PFA Pellet
Product Description:
PFA is the copolymer of TFE and PPVE, with excellent chemical stability. electrical insulating property, age resistance and low friction. Its high temperature mechanical property is much higher than PTFE and can be processed as common thermoplastics.

Application:
SF-311: Can be used to make pipes, pumps, valves, plates, tank lining, diaphragm, joints and bearing parts.
SF-312: Mainly used for pipe, wire insulation layer, film, and various electronic components.
SF-313: For extruding process, can manufacture cable insulation wire, multi-core cable sheath, etc.
SF-314: Mainly used for the aerospace industry, chemical industry, faster cable extrusion, more economical for places that do not need high stress cracking.
Attention:
The process temperature should not exceed 425℃ to prevent PFA decomposition and equipment corrosion.3. Product waste must be handled properly following local laws and regulations.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation:
1.Packing:in woven plastic bag with inner polyethylene bag of 25kgs net.
2.Stored in clean, cool and dry places to avoid contamination.
3.Nontoxic, noninflammable, inexplosive, non-corrosion, transported as non-dangerous products.
