PVDF for injection

Product Description

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is the homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride (VDF). It is a new fluorocarbon thermoplastic with excellent mechanical performance, good impact resistance, abrasion resistance, weatherability and chemical stability. It is widely used in chemical industry, electrical and electronic industry, food industry, space industry and architectural decoration industry as it can be used to produce pump valves, pipe fittings, films, wire insulating layers, lithium battery adhesive and fluorocarbon coatings.

Applications:

DH-F22IE is prepared by VDF emulsion polymerization, DH-F22IS is prepared by VDP suspension polymerization. The pellet can be applied in the injection process for Pipes, fittings, Valves and Pump assemblies.

Process safety instructions

1. This product should be processed under 370,to avoid producing toxic gases;

2. PVDF has good fire resistance and smoke inhibition property, however, when meets with fire, it will release toxic hydrogen fluoride gas and fluorocarbon compounds;

3. Operators should take good care of personal protection during the use procedure and processing.

Packaging and storage

1. 25 kg and 250 kg packages can be provided. PVDF is packed in double layer of polyethylene plastic bag and then put into a hard cardboard drum.

2. It must be stored in clean, cool, dry place.
